Could virus affect Car stereo?

Hi,

I bought a car stereo with USB and AUX IN support. In case i use a PEN drive in my stereo which is having virus, will it be affecting my stereo...Let me know if any one has any idea...

  1. The virus is probably made for Windows and your stereo probably isn't Windows so no it wont affect your stereo.
