  1. Judging by your command over the written word I would consider letting the French education system teach said child instead...

  2. Yes,of course.Adopting a child form outside your country is really easier.

    Good luck =]

  3. I don't think you would be able to adopt from a developed country like France.  I don't think their social services would allow inter-country adoption as they have the money to take care of their own kids.  If you want to adopt to give a child a better education then look at less well off countries with too many kids.

  4. In theory yes... in practical terms, probably not

  5. No they don't have an international adoption program.  French kids are adopted by French people.

My adoptive cousins were educated in France and they have an excellent education system right there - no need to leave the Country for a good education!   Let me guess, you're American?  You guys think so much of yourselves don't you, really.  I heard your education system is c**p - The French kids are better off where they are.

  6. wee wee

  7. Well, to be honest the french education system is better than the american one, so you're kind of not really helping the child.

France is a rich and succesful country, with medical care that could make any other country jealus, and adopting over there is just as hard as adopting in America.

If i were you i'd go to an eastern european country for easy adoption and to broaden the kids horizon, like Romania or Poland...

  8. of course as long as you understand him and has education to understand American language too..

  9. yeah i think you could adopt a child from france =)

  10. First world countries do not usually allow International adoptions.
