i'm a natural blonde my husband naturally has dark brown hair.

we both have medium tanned skin (we live in california).

i have gray eyes his eyes are blue-green.

my dad has dark hair but my husband was a blonde when he was a child but it got darker.

are the chances good? i would love to have a blonde daughter,

i would of course love her how ever she came out. it's just... i've always found the snow white features GORGEOUS. thanks.

At the moment technology would allow you to test embryos for the features you describe but currently it is considered unethical to select embreyos in many countries.  If you seriously wanted to get these traits in your daughter then it may be expensive, talk to your local geneticist and see if it is legal and if they can help or refer you to someone who can.

I'd also recommend watching the film 'GATTACA' which may explain a lot on the subject.

well her hair color is kind of weird. but you never know how your next child might look like. since you are blonde i think there is a chance of you having a blonde child, but you gotta keep trying. but your daughter in the picture looks beautiful too. but her hair color doesnt match with as you described, you or your husband's hair color.
