    You can retire at age 55 and not be eligible for Medicare

    You can be elderly, but if you are not age 65 elderly, you are not elderly enough so, you don't qualify.

  3. magoo is an idiot dont buy insurance from them, medicare doesnt care if you are below the poverty level or what age. they care if you are retired and a certain age, disabled, end disease, black lung. so the answer to your question is possibly 1 and for sure 2,3,4. i would say B is the best answer.
