Could you be 4 weeks......... please answers?

My late period was July 14th, but not a regular period it was only 3 days and it was spotting. Sooo... My period calander is telling me that I'm 3 days late.. that's how I came up with 4 weeks... could I be pregnant and when will the TEST show postive??

I researched to find out the most sensitive test and I found that First Response will detect 12.5 mIU of hCG where others don't detect until it is 25 mIU of hCG. I was only a couple of days late and I didn't even think that I was pregnant. Now I'm 7 months pregnant w/ girl #3!!! If you are unsure, I say test w/ a First Response test since they are the most sensitive.

(Oh & by the way... the 1st morning urine is said to contain the most hcg, but when I took my First Response test, I took it in the middle of the day.)
