This is written for my teacher. You can rewrite if you need to. Thank you all in advance.

I am very sorry that I missed your class last Fri and Mon. I hate giving you excuse but hope you understand my situation. I have been super busy these days due to moving issue to LG. I also have to make sure that my niece will be OK if she arrives in Canada. I prepare everything by myself because my husband is very busy with his work. I have dropped a regular computer course for this reason. I don't want to drop English 10 at this point to be honest. I've have been studying very hard until my husband got a job in LG. Next week is our last day of Eng 10. I will try hard to attend the rest of the classes until finishing Eng 10. I think I can't do a good job on homework however.

I'd like to say thank you very much for the mark you gave me last time. I could see you tried very hard for students not to be disappointed with marks. I got 35 out of 50. I did not study much. I don't deserve that mark. I mostly studied about the definitions of the terms you mentioned. I started reading the reading material you gave me on the bus the day we had the test and finished in class as to write some answers relevant to the story on it. The plan I had for the test turned out that I did not expect. Instead, we were very busy on the weekends. Do you think I have to take Eng 10 again when I move to LG? I will take your advice seriously. Hopefully see you on Wed.

  1. Do not abbreviate when writing your letter :). Things like Friday and Monday should be typed using the whole word.

    A few sentences:

"I hate giving you excuses, but I hope you understand my situation"

I don't think you should talk about all the personal things you have to say, just say that you have personal matters to take care of and you appreciate all her help with everything.
