That would depend greatly on your definition of the word "addiction".  There are likely many, many cases of individuals who are spending far too much time in front of the computer and/or PlayStation, but do not consider themselves as addicts so it is likely any number that you get will be very inaccurate.  I would suspect the number of cases of people actually reporting a video game addiction to be rather low, less than 1%.
