Could you help me find the poetic language?

Question

I don't understand the concept of poetic language. Is it the same as a poetic device (imagery, metaphor, etc.)

Here is what I am analyzing:

Mad Girl's Love Song

I lift my lids and all is born again.

The stars go waltzing out in blue and red,

And arbitrary blackness gallops in:
