Question:

Could you help me with my US Constitution question?

Since the US has a living constitution, and can be amended, and other amendments can change or alter amendments, can the Bill of Right amendments be changed?

Such as the right to keep and bear arms.

It does say that this right shall not be infringed.

Could there be a possibility of completely removing fire arms from US civilians?

  1. It can but it absolutely won't happen.

  2. Not without a war. Americans will not willingly give up our guns. At present every attempt to change or remove the right to keep and bear arms has been soundly defeated. We refuse to be bullyed by anyone including our own government so we keep our guns close.

  3. The Supreme Court already called D.C.'s gun ban unconstitutional. The way I see it, a bunch of scattered rednecks with 30 guns doesn't qualify as a "well regulated militia."

  4. Ain't no doubt about it! 200g. of 44mag. And 260g. of 444 Marlin for their Car!

    But to answer your question.

    Look at what Just happened to the 4th amendment. FISA?

    Anything is possible if We the People don't Pay Attention!

    And don't;

    Speak Out when they want to Take Away Our Rights!
