Could you help me with my rubix cube?

I have the top third done, but when ever I try to get the middle corners I mess up the top. Could you help me solve the bottom two thirds?

  2. When the Rubik's Cube first came out years ago there was a book with the solution, and I memorized the solution.  Unfortunately it is hard to explain how to do it.  Here is a site with pictures that might help you out.  http://www.rubikssolver.com/
