well one of the first steps, since it's extremely cold would be to add heat.... that can be done with co2... theoretically, would we be able to add enough co2 to heat the planet to liveable conditions?

  1. it is possible, by the use of different combination of gases .

    as like hydrogen

  2. no way. CO2 by itself does not add heat. CO2 thickens the atmosphere, thus trapping more of sun's rays, making the planet warmer. and because pluto is soooo cold and soooo far away from the sun, it would take hundreds of thousands of years, if not millions, to create an atmosphere thick enough to trap sun's rays because it is so far away from the sun. and pluto has an elpitcal orbit which means it will have huge temperature changes which would make it impossible to live on.

  3. no

  4. Pluto is inhabitable..but if you're trying to ask if pluto could be made habitable, the answer is no...

Scientists have long experimented on Mars if it could sustain human life... up to this day, it's not possible.  So what more in pluto.  Besides, the primary source of heat and light that sustains life could not reach that far enough.
