I am so tangled, don't how well can I explain my situation. So 1 month go i was 163 cm, weighted 53 kilos, but i was dieting, burning more calories than intaking and I was training daily for 90 minutes. Then I cut down my calorie intake and ate 1200-1600 calories for 3 weeks already. I was training daily for 90 minutes, and burned more about 2000-2200. Now, day I've weighted up myself and here you're , I'm 55-56 kilos. But my height is 165. How can I lose weight by the end of august? I would like to become 53 kilos.

  1. 2-3 kilos in 8 days will be tough

    best bet (although not nessacarily the healthiest) would be to do a 3 day water/fruit juice fast (cutting out all food for 3days (max) apart from water or juice)

    you could limit your calories to 1000 and do an extra 30 mins in the gym or do a higher intensity but otherwise it is quite unhealthy  


  2. do u look bigger or u coulda just gained muscle? if u dont look like u have a larger waist or actually have one then uve gained muscle and dont need to lose a lb cuz that's a good thing if uve gained fat that u wanna lose u might notta been eating the right kinda foods u eating a balanced diet? aim for 1400-1600cals stick with the workouts a balanced diet i think u know whats healthy fruits veges and complex carbs being 50% of ur food protein 30% fats 20% u need all those things to lose the weight yes even fats

  3. see anna it is really a fact that everyone wants to loose weight as fast as possible.it is difficult and risky.the more fast you loose faster you put on.so it is wise to loose slowly and enjoy your body in shape longer.you want to loose you can go for vegetable diet.eat little and have more meals.like if you eat 3.take small meals and divide these 3 into 6 meals.you will loose weight .
