When googling for "www.hias-wienn" I got no matching results. "Wien" -with only 1 n- is however the austrian name for Vienna, and I got several results for: http://www.hias-vienna.net/ , hias-vienna.org and hias-vienna.at. I suggest to ask your friend whether there might be a misspelling in the address she gave you.

You should go to hias.org.. or the irc at website, theirc.org.  They work together.. the hias.org site is the main site here in the US.  I'm sure you can get numbers or necessary contact information from them.  Good luck! :o)
