i have oat flakes in the mroning for breakfast, i have lunch..sometimes, and its ususally just a vegemite sandwhich or pita bread =p and i rarely ahve afternoon tea and then i just ahve dinner. is this enough, ive only satrted this eating habit like this week, and i dont crave food as much as when i ate like wheverve i wnated to and i donno if im gonna lose weight or not but yeah. question one. will i lose weight if i also excercise a bit? and also, is it enough to keep healthy? and dinners pretty heatlthy also.
