Could you recommend a very good bund wall hydrocarbon fire sealant?

Question

My need is for a fire sealant to be used for the bund wall for my fuel tanks in the tank farm. This would prevent and protect the bund wall from giving in , in case of Hydrocarbon fire .and also this would seal off the bund wall so when there is leak of fuel , the bund wall wont give out.
