Could you refund something in Wal-Mart (Canada) then buy the same product immediately afterwards?

The point to that is I paid for this telephone in cash and I want to pay it by credit card, because there is a 1-year extended warranty when paying it with a credit card.

Yes you can. You would go to customer service and then do the refund and then use the credit card. Wal-Mart is usually very helpful when returning items.

Your question actually remined me of a commerial when a guy is in a auction and wins the bid. As soon as they close the bid he gets up and asks can I sell it now? or somthing like that. lol
