  1. no...I thought we would loose 2-0 with him as captain...im just suprised we managed a draw. I wonder how much our players would cost on the open market, as opposed the other team....what some £100M worth of players playing for England and what maybe £2M for Czeck republic.....appauling

  2. terry will come good give him time...........

  3. Absolutely. He stinks too much of the ze dutch (Mclaren, if you haven't seen the video) Unfortunately I couldn't go for Rio either. Off the pitch they haven't proved themselves to be worthy of it. I honestly would have gone for Gerrard, Barry or Becks.

  4. Must admit,i thought England would get beat, but have to feel sorry for the people who went to Wembley to endure it...Do you think they'll give them their money back for having to watch such garbage?

  5. John Terry was the defacto captain throughout the last campaign debacle, his never say die attitude is useless unless you can actually kill the opposition.

As admirable as it may be in a war, in a football match its a fault.

The Czechs, Spanish, Argentinians all play ole football. They harass their opponents until frustration makes them charge.....and when they do, the best teams will put them to the sword.

What the England side need is balance, side to side and back line to forward, to retain shape and defend your man.

In the present line-up Wayne Rooney and Frank Lampard don't have an effective role against this type of opposition.

Wes Brown isn't fast enough or skilful enough to make the breakthrough in open play and David Beckham is too slow to plug the gaps he creates when he's frequently caught out of position.

    Jermain Defoe......We're still waiting.

Ashley Young, Gabby Agbonlahor, Glen Johnson, Joe Cole, Michael Carrick, Steven Gerrard and Carlton Cole should be involved in the changing of the guard, alongside Rio, Rooney, Ashton, Curtis Davies and Gareth Barry.

    Ideally Skill/Speed/Power, then Speed/Skill/Power, then Speed/Power/Skill.
