Question:

Could you take out a more liked player than Ling?

I dont reckon supporters of any other club could dislike Lingy. He has a face only a mother could love and is pasty as but he's as tough and fair as they come. Solomon really hit the wrong guy. I mean the Staker hit was pretty bad but he's hardly held in the esteem that Ling is. I think the unspoken shunning of Deano will be greater because of the guy he targetted. What do you reckon?

  1. Lingy's my fav player outside of the Power. He's really funny on Before the Game.

  2. I agree 100% - Ling is a fantastic player and person and didnt deserve such a violent attack on him, well noone does actually.  What the h**l was Solomon thinking??

As I have said before, at least Solomon was man enough to interrupt an interview with the coach to publicly apologise and take full responsibility for his stupidity.

I hope Ling recovers quickly and is back playing ASAP and Solomon gets 7 weeks.

  3. No one should be hit by a gutless wuss, even a player i hate i wouldn't want them to be knocked out!

  4. I don't realy like lingy :)

he may be good but i still dont like him.

  5. I don't think he should've taken out anyone at all. What he did was stupid, regardless of what player he hit.

  6. Your spot on! I've met Ling, he is a really nice guy and a tough footballer. People down in Geelong, really respect him. ( they made him mayor for the day) So for Solomon to come to Skilled Stadium infront of all the Geelong supporters and do that, I dont think he will be welcomed back.

  7. Solomon should be banned for 7 games.

  8. Yeah you got a point, I like him and I always find myself barracking for him on browmlow night..

He plays hard and fair and never gets the credit cos of other stand out stars in cats..

Bad choice to take a swipe at..
