I had a hard time understanding the second part of your questionnaire.  Were you asking me to rate how I felt about each of those items in the Starbucks store I visit, or are you asking how much I value things like lighting and merchandise?

Honestly, I choose to support the local, non-commercialised coffee shops around here, but good luck in your project!

I used to work as a Barista for It's a Grind Coffee House, Starbucks is pretty good if you're looking for a decent cup of generic more American style coffee.  The whole coffee culture thing is cool though, its perfect for a first date and I can get my caffine fix for the day.

I'm 55 so I wont take the survey. I had some of their coffee at a local reasaurant. It tasted burned and I didn't like it at all.

I believe their coffee and other blended drinks are genetically modified to make people addicted to their product. Look at all the people who go to Starbucks everyday (sometimes 2, 3, or 4 times in one day!!). They're the ones that look and feel like c**p when they don't have their Starbucks in their hand.

It's expensive, overrated, and ADDICTING. I LOVE it!
