  1. yes it can last for a long time. There is a video on you tube that talks about children that still breast feed well into schooling years.


  2. my answer is no..u can pump everyday for storage though.breast milk in the freezer last up to 6 months...when i had my first child i wasn't able to feed him right from my own nipple because of work. i relied so much on pumping and became so confident that milk supply wont last but i was mistaken. mother told me that nothing beats the natural stimulation of baby sucking the mothers nipple to sustain breastfeeding even after 2 years...and of course, u have to be nourished too..when u don't eat much, you cant produce much

  3. Well, until you hit menopause anyway.  (Back when women used wetnurses, professional nurses often lactated for many years, going from one client to another.)
