Could you torture a child molester to death?

This question is not intended to be leading or sarcastic. Lots of people say that they think child molesters and various other horrible criminals should be slowly tortured to death or at least have the same thing done to them that they did to their victims. (I've said similar things myself.) I'm curious...if you are somebody who says that, would you like to be the person doing the torturing or punishing? Or would you like somebody else to do it, and if so, who? Would you watch? Or would you just like to know that it has been done without watching it?

Anyone who says, "I could do...," or "I could watch..." has never been involved in anything that would qualify them to be able to say either.  those who have never been involved in violence should never discuss what they think they could or would do.  They have no idea what they are saying.

Those who literally could do it or watch it, what does that say about that person?  Want to get together and pull some wings off flies?

I'd want them to be hanged in jail, but I wouldn't watch.

As a mother I have thought of this many times. You hear cases of children being abused, tortured & killed & you wonder what would I do if it was my little girl? I really think that if it was my daughter I might be able to really hurt the person who did it, if given the chance. I don't know if I'd be able to act rationally in a situation like that, you know?

Crimes against children are the most heinous because the victims are innocent. Everyone's first reaction is "Oh God! He should die!!". But I think most people would not be able to torture a person themselves.

ive actually had this convo several times wit fam n friends n  i would do it myself if somebody hurt my child. i would torture them 4 a week or more slicing the p***s n pourin alcohol on the wounds. then call the police n tell em where 2 find the  f****n pervert

I would definitely like to participate. There is nothing worse than a crime against a child and I believe that the offender gives up all right to compassion and human decency. In fact the event should be made public or televised for all to watch. If I couldn't participate I would at least watch with a certain satisfaction that justice has been served.

I think torture is to easy on them.  They should  have to  go through what the victim did and then burned at the stake. Lethal injection? Not a chance in ,my book. Injection before burning not a chance. Burn baby Burn.

I don't think they should be tortured to death.  If they really had to die, then something quick and painless would be good.  Sure they molested children, but they're still people.  Besides, I couldn't watch someone getting tortured to death.

Well, My idea is for the punishment to fit the crime. I think if your found guilty do exactly to them what they did to thier victim. If you rape a child cut off his balls and make him swallow them. If he killed the child while performing the act, let him bleed to death. If you kill you should die. I don't think there should be appeals. Have the gas chamber right next door to the court room. Take him in and kill him. I really think if we did that to a few, the rest would get the idea, that it might be stupid to do it at all. But with the way our justice system is , it sucks. need to shoot a few defense attorneys TOO!
