    though, of course, the idea of a dimension being frozen makes no sense.

    I saw a History Channel special about the 'miracles' of the bible, and their pursuit to check to see if the events could be duplicated.

    Yes, you can walk on water, if the ice is frozen on soft sheets of ice.  This would give the appearance to someone who is at a distance that you are walking on water, when in fact you are merely on a think ice sheet.
