  1. Recycle, mean to reuse in it's form. So you would need to let your body take it up again, before passing. Some kind of hose is required. As these gasses have 20 times greater greenhouse affect than co2. You should think about burning them at the moment of evacuation.

  2. i terrific question indeed!!!

for a specific answer to that question, it depends on the type and percentage of chemicals in that 'flatus'. The human 'f**t' includes methane, carbon dioxide and many other chemicals. So the real answer to that question is, some can and some cant because of the percentage of the chemicals needed to be recycled for conservation uses for any other causes needing fuels or anything else.

  3. no

  4. Yes. Several large landfills have gas reclamation centers that suck out the methane the rotting trash produces. After each landfill layer is covered, they put in pipes that will channel the methane to the surface, where it is collected. Los Angeles County's La Puente landfill does just this. The gas collected at La Puente is used to power their trash trucks and fuels a generator that provides electricity to about 70,000 surrounding homes.

  5. First, of course, we will have to examine if something is potentially recycleable. This includes, the energy it would require, the technology it would require, the characteristics of the material (how much human flatus are needed to produce one product, or what kind of human flatus is needed to produce one product), and of course: cost, whether it is cost effective to produce something from human flatus, or we can just buy a new product in cheaper price.

  6. some landfill sites are constructed so that the gases given off as the material rots is collected.  It would be very difficult to recycle gas produced from our and cows farts (yes they f**t more than my dad after he has eaten baked beans) as there would need to be some sort of contraption made to collect the gases unless  we all stayed indoors in probably what will result in a very toxic room!

  7. There is a show in the UK called Top gear they did a study on natural gas, cow flatus & human flatus, to discover which if any would power a vehicle.

They found that humans actually gave the best mileage & performance (didn't mention what they had been eating or drinking though) All in all it was a bit of a smelly test & they all seemed relieved when it was finished, not surprisingly.

  8. Please, just call them farts
