Couldnt figure out what is it?

i have very small acne like spots near my ankle but they are not really acne i think. they appear slight red. i jus wanted to know what they really are?? how can i prevent them?

It's an allergic reaction. Could be from your laundry detergent from your socks rubbing against your skin.

do they itch and burn?  if they do, it might be athletes foot and you need to get a foot cream that treats athlete's foot and other foot fungi.  Keep putting the cream on for a two or three weeks and keep your feet dry and clean.

You might not be applying enough shaving cream when you shave: it's called razor burn, it's an irratant to the skin.
