Council estates in malahide and howth?

can anyone give me the names of council estates in malahide and howth in ireland and what they are like to live in tanks ,,

In Howth, Grace O'Malley is a council housing area, though I'm sure most of the houses have been purchased by now. Don't know Malahide well, sorry.

The council would be Fingal.
