Iqbal Khan has appealed to the Patron of the PCB to dissolve the existing regime of Ijaz Butt without letting them damage the national sport anymore. He suggested that the incumbent board should be at once replaced by an ad-hoc committee for the next 6-8 months and in the meanwhile, representatives of the country’s cricket board should be elected in a democratic way. The parliamentarian feared that if the current regime is allowed to continue anymore, it will ruin the game in Pakistan for ever.
