CounterStrike Source Skin Problem?

I downloaded a skin for a gun on fpsbanana.com. The skin worked fine. I returned to fpsbanana and downloaded another one. now i can't play counterstrike source, i just get this message that says " this server is enforcing "script/game_sounds_manifest/". what's the problem and how can i solve it?

This is probably because the server is preventing you from using custom sound. Some skins come with files that change what a gun/grenade/knife sounds like when it is used and some servers prevent this since some people see certain skins as unfair. For example some scout skins give you a red laser dot to judge where your shot will hit when you fire without a scope. So since this is only a problem on some servers you have 2 choices:

Either

A.) Uninstall the skin that seemed to cause this problem.

or

B.) Avoid servers that force you to use the sound files that came with counterstrike.
