None - 5's - would indicate that 5 is possessive of 'are there' or the 's in a contraction for 'is' = "How many 5 is are there?". The questions doesn't make a whole lot of sense, therefore there isn't an answer.

Twenty, if you want the mathematically correct answer. But if you want the trick answer you could also say that there is nineteen because one is already used or ten because they want an actual "5" like 5,15,25,35,45 etc. OR ONLY ONE TIME CUS YOU ONLY SAY FIVE ONCE!
