  1. None that I know of.Ever since Vietnam,it's easier and less dangerous to evacuate by Air.(No typhoons at sea.)Most of the world war II ones were scrapped in the 1970's or sold to private ownership.A hospital Ship is much more expensive to operate than a 747-400 rented from an airline for a short period and the plane can take hours verses days. The crew can divert to a hospital if necessary or operate while in the Air.Air Force One has a special area for that purpose and a surgeon is usually on board(Air force or Navy,to qualify as flight surgeon.)When World War 2 ended, only a few planes had the range to go across the Atlantic unrefueled. There fore they had to have ships. Now,a 747-400 can go across the Pacific without refueling, carrying 400-600 passengers.

  2. Spain...(Esperranza Del Mar)

    Australia (Heroe) and

    United States.
