Country club in india-worthwhile investment??

There is an offer along with the membership which gives you a plot of land. one in maharashtra and tamil nadu. is it worthwhile to invest in it? are the resorts good?

no   now a days, they begin in good motivation, but they are not keeping their words and i don't know the circumstances. But, i think that someothers in india are doing good.
