Country music video cmt 1990`s?

Hi i am looking for a song which was shown on the cmt channel some time in the 90s. ( im sure it was between 95-2000) The video shows a women standing on cliffs with a bird flying round (big bird). Thats all i remember!! Any idears.

The Run Around from the middle 90's by a lady named susana..susan.. last name?  She was in her last 20's to early 30's with a dark black curly hair.  the song was based the run around of her lover's relationship and she wasn't gonna put up it anymore so she decide to take his life masterly.
