iceland. not much solar, but abundant geothermal, and wind. because of the population and the extremely short travel distances, they are poised to become the first nation in the world to become oil-free. In general, they are already eco-energy minded. There are already hydrogen fuel cell stations there for public use, and electricity is made from geothermal power plants. Please research this.
