This is impossible.  It's like saying you found a formula to predict which card will be drawn off a deck.

What happened here is thousands of people think they have a formula & one of them finally won due to luck.

its not possible to discover formula for randomly generated numbers unless numbers are not randomly chosen

if they did get formula it was probably luck and only applicable to that particular lotto and not any other future lotto but who knows...

only strategic way is to buy all the tickets with all the different possible number arrangements of lottery but still you will be losing money
