Couple computer questions. (I'm a point giver!)?

Question

1. My computer lags on video. This is a very new problem for me. If I watch a video on youtube or even one I saved, it will echo.

2. Firefox crashes if I'm on it for a while. Let's say every half hour Firefox is continuously on, it will crash. Last night I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but no help.

1. It may be due to hardware or software.

It seem like your computer do not have enough memory or your graphic card is not good.

Press Ctrl-Alt-Del and see how many programs/process are running.

Check the resources. Don't run other programs while you watch video. It may help. Update your anti-virus and so a virus scan.

The last resort is to upgrade your RAM and graphic card.

2. Firefox crash may be due to spywares/viruses.  Update your anti-spywares and do a scan.
