  1. Yes... it is normal to not feel the baby in the first month... take it easy on the crunchs and situps... ask ur dr. about ur diet

  2. diet... Not okay

not likely to feel movements until the middle of 3 months or 4 months

working out is fine... but stop and rest during the work out and drink lots of fluid

  3. 1) You won't feel the baby until about 4 months, maybe a few flutter like things in the third.

    2) Keep up the same exercise regime as you have now, don't start anything new and if you exercise excessively cut back a little.

    3) Up your diet, you should be consuming at least 5 serves of fruits and vegetables daily as well as more dairy foods and lean meat. If you don't eat right your baby will be missing out on the nutrients your not giving it.

  4. 1. It would be highly ABnormal for you to feel your baby during the first month of pregnancy.   I did not feel any of my 3 children until about my 3rd month, which is how most of my friends were also.

    2.  You should always consult w/ your doctor about proper workouts, or a certified fitness instructor about proper techniques to excercise during pregnancy.  You should definately be active if you can be, but you need to know what your body can handle or you can hurt yourself, ie lower back, etc.

    3.  ummmm, is that a typo?  500 calorie diet is not sufficient for a NON pregnant person, let alone a woman who has to eat enough proper food to feel that baby.  That baby's only source of nutrition is what you put in your body, so for now, your body is not your own....you are responsible for that little dude/dudette and his/her health.  Discuss w/ your doctor or a dietician what a healthy caloric intake is for you based on your age, activity level, etc, but no, not only is 500 calories not enough, you should not "diet" while pregnant, you need a healthy well rounded diet, sorry if you are watching your figure...but for now your responsibility is to the baby.  =)  You can be a hot mama again afterwords, trust me!!! I gained a whopping 80- lbs with my first and i was back to total hottness (lol, but true) by the time she was 1.

  5. 1) nobody feels the baby in the 1st month, don't worry!!

    2) I worked out, but take the exercises a little easier, don't push yourself as hard. But check with your DR first because if you miscarried before he might advice you not to because of high risk reasons.

    3) 500 calories isn't even close enough for a healthy pregnancy. You are never supposed to "diet" when you are pregnant, it is potentially fatal to your child because they wont get enough nutrients. I believe it is closer to 2500 calories!

  6. 1) you don't feel your fetus move until about 18-22 weeks into the pregnancy - that's around 5 months.

    2) it's recommended to cut back on the situps and crunches early in pregnancy

    3) are you serious?  it's not okay for ANYONE to be on a 500 calorie diet.  You sound like you have body image issues and an eating disorder.

  7. Im 3 months and i cant feel my baby, I have a stomach now (look porky really :( ) I had a miscarriage back in may and i know how terrifying it is, i worry about seeing blood everytime i go to the bathroom. Its okay. Youll be fine. thinkk positive. and dont look back on the bad. I have been advised to avoid doing abs for some reason but legs and arms are cool. just be careful. dont worry about dieting any more. you need to eat plenty and ensure that the baby is getting plenty of food because the baby is going to be stealing it.

  8. 1) No, the movements can be felt from 4-5mths up.

2)No,since you suffered a miscarriage previous to this. Walking moderate

    ly is good

    though.

3)No. You need proper nutrition during and after pregnancy.

  9. First off no one feels a baby in the first month, that isn't until 4-5 months...as long as the doc says it's ok it's wonderful to do light workouts while pregnant to stay healthy and NO it's not ok to be on 500 calorie diet while pregnant, you are supposed to find your daily intake of calories for your body then add 300 extra calories to that a day for pregnancy. Please dont worry about gaining weight, just eat smart and dont starve your baby or you could possibly hurt the baby!

  10. You won't feel ur baby move until around four months for most ppl.  NO you can't do sit-ups or crunches.  You can continue to exercise such as walking or eliptical or whatever as long as you don't get out of breath.  You just aren't supposed to begin new exercises.  Example if you did not bike for miles b4 ur pregnancy don't start trying to bike for miles.  Don't diet eat when ur hungry and just eat healthy.

  11. DON'T WORRY ABOUT DIETS WHILE PREGNANT!

Crunches and sit ups ... I'm not too sure, but I wouldn't do them.

    Yes, it is normal!
