nope and when you do it on line you open the door to spam forever. I made this mistake one time.

http://www.sampleaday.com  they have free samples and claim there is no catch,  I've been using the site awhile and so far I haven't had any problems...

I've been doing this for years and even recieve free full size products from time to time. If your unsure about a site, enter a disposable email address. Walmart sends samples, also, quick and easy and they always come.
