Courier stole my goods, what can I do?

The Courier is Parcel Force, country is UK.

On their site is it shows my parcel has been delivered a week ago, while I didnt receive anything. I called them and they say parcel has been delivered.

I was at home all the time, the courier hasn't left anything to the neighbors either.

My question: what is to be done?

The item was quite expensive, too.

it happens , you have to resolve it with customer service tell them to investgate it , if you didnt get the item . They have to investigate it and see if a signiture from you aws recorded into their sysytems.

Ask them to show proof of who signed for it.  Was it insured or a value declared?

I think you are in a bit of a jam and not much can be done.

You can not report to the person or business you bought them from because the post says delivered. Same reason you can not report to the post itself, because they have the status as delivered. Are you sure it was not a neighbor?

Well, find out who signed for it and who the delivery person was for that route that day. From there, report it to his supervisor and also to the person or company who shipped the item to you.

Well go tell ur mom or dad so that they go to ur teacher about it.

If you have proof you can take it to the police.  If it was that expensive you should have had to sign for it.  Hope you find your parcel.
