Court Disposition Documents ..?

I am applying for an airport badge, but I do have a misdemeanor on my record for domestic violence .. I am currently on probation but I have paid all my fees, completed my counseling assigned to me, evrything is fine .. the government facility denied my badge but I guess they are considering me because they asked me for a court dispositon docuemnt from the courthouse.. Does this mean I have chances on getting approved ?? Advice please ?? I need this badge for my curent employment ..please any advice ..I reside in California, thanks alot.

  1. Basically they want to know what the outcome of your case was.  In Pennsylvania, after so many years after you serve your sentence, you can expunge your record for certain cases, meaning erase your record so it will never show up on something like this again.  Check out if you can expunge your record in CA.  It won't help now obviously, but it may in the future.


  2. It is a document issued by the court that details the disposition of your case. It would indicate if you have completed all of the terms of your sentence etc.
