well on monday i was caught tagging with my friend we were walking home after summer school and tagged on the street lights we got caught and my court day is august 29 and my friends is on the 18 what would happen to us. by the way i am 17 and my friend is 15

depends on ur criminal history , if it is ur first offense u might get off with a warning or short term probation , depends on the judge too
