Can you use N245 form for suspension/variation of warrant for more than one CCJ?

  2. no, you must use one form for each - at the top of the form you must specify the claim number of the ccj you are wanting to vary/suspend.

    another answerer said yes as there is space on the back of the form for other court orders... this is incorrect advice. the back of the form is to list your income and expenditure so the courts can see what spare money you have (or don't have!) and that section is asking about court orders you are currently paying.

    if you need further advice visit your nearest CAB http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/ or ask the clerk at the county court, they are very helpful and can give advice on the court processes.
