Cousin Itt costume??? PLEASE HELP!?

I really want to find a Cousin Itt costume from the Addam's Family!!! I have looked just about everywhere I can think of, and still no costume! If you can find one or know how to make one please help me! I'm desperate to find one! I know it's a little early but I need it soon! PLEASE HELP! Provide the website also if you find one, and I will make one if you find a way to and what I need to buy thanks!

My friend was Cousin It for Halloween one year.

She glued long strings of yarn on the underside of an old hat close together.

I did a google search. Typed in "cousin it costume" I found this one link that does have a cousin it costume.
