  1. i'm not really sure what your question is. but where ever you go overseas you should try to take a phrase book with you and when they see that you are making an effort to speak in their language they are usually more than happy to speak whatever english they know. every where I have been in europe language was never a barrier. people are friendly everywhere as long as you don't have an ugly american attitude.

  2. I assume you meant to place a comma between "english" and "with"

Naturally the UK and Ireland are native English speakers, (Ireland using the Euro & the UK using the British pound).

Otherwise English is only spoken in the rest of Europe as a second language. There are some notable exceptions to this e.g. Malta having a very high standard and other countries having limited numbers who speak English to a reasonable/high level

Generally English is taught at school so most people have an idea of what is going on.  Some countries (e.g. here in the Netherlands) even import channels such as CNN and BBC to offer viewers, plus import US/UK programs with their original language (and merely subtitle them in the domestic language)

It is hard to generalise (and never a smart thing to do!) because the standards are different both country-to-country, within a country and of course even person to person.  However if you come over to Europe as a tourist, then normally you can get by in the majority of countries with English.  However do some research once you have decided on the countries you want to visit to see if a phrasebook would be handy

For currencies, the common currency for West Europe is the Euro, but again there is not a rule, so after you know which country you are interested in, then you can check it here here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cir...

  3. Only England is real english country in Europe. What do you mean by "speak english with their currency"?
