Cover art artist We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things?

Anybody know the artist who did the cover art for We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things by Jason Mraz? I've googled it and can only get information on Mraz (I think because google pulls in every instance of the word "art".) I am pretty sure he's Scottish.

His name is David Shrigley. I believe it was he who had a painting in which he wrote "We sing, we dance, we steal things" or something of the like. This is where Jason got his idea for the name of the album. He contacted Shrigley to ask permission, and then eventually had him do the cover art.
