Has anyone used it before? Did you like it? Today was the first time I've ever used it and I kept on going back to ask questions and kept on getting someone named Lori and she was like "welcome back!" So I guess their real people? or just computers

Yeah I have tried it before and its was alright. I would assume that it is a real person talking to you. I am not sure why it kept going back to the questions and why it kept saying welcome back, maybe your computer or the site was having problems!!
