Cover girl makeup problem?

does covergirl powder foundation make u break out?

it shouldn't... not if you are giving your skin proper care and using cleanser and toners w/ a light moisturizer (unless u have oily skin)and ex foliating 2-3x a week gently. i say this because it's probably a fragrance or something in the makeup that you are allergic to. there are many hidden allergens in cover girl. i know its more affordable but try something like neutrogena b/c it is more gentle.

ps. if you have oily skin it's best not to use anything but water based makeup b/c you will breakout and be greasy.

best advise i can give... ALWAYS  use a lotion or cream to hydrate and moisturize ur skin, wait for 1-2 minutes, the use the foundation

yeah..when i change from one make up to another but than it gets used to it and it dosent
