  1. Need more info.... Like do you have the exp required for the job.  Are you trying to move to a different field?  etc


  2. Is the person stable? Can they handle the stress of a job? If they are and can, are they qualified? Do they have the requirements? & what are they going to give as the reason they haven't worked when they get the interview?

  3. When you list that you have been unemployed for the last two years, in the explanation section list that it was for medical purposes. In an interview, if they inquire more about that YOU DO NOT HAVE to disclose the information if you don't want to. Doing so and not doing so have there ups and downs. On the one hand, if you tell them, they may decided against you in fear that you could fall into depression again. On the other, if you don't they may not want to hire you simply because you are hiding something. If you do tell them, explain to them that you have gone through the proper counseling and/or medications and stress that you are very well qualified for the job, and that your depression was not work related in the past. By law, they can't refuse you a job because of a disorder, so this could possibly give you a foot up actually as a "minority" of a sort.
