Cover letters!?

im nearly 17 and never had a job before so i have no experience, which worries me because i have no idea what to write on my cover letter or at interviews.

im in the middle of applying for many receptionist positions but i dont know what to write on the cover letter...please help!!!

    Don't worry, everyone has to start somewhere, you're only 17, nobody expects you to have experience, they just expect you to be willing and use your common sense. Focus on your strong points, are you a quick learner? Punctual? Adaptable? Also remember to smile at your interview, at the end of the day they want to see a pleasnt person who they would like to see at work every day.


  2. there are some excellent books on the subject. Have a look here http://cvwriting.net/coverletter.php or try your library.

    It would be good to tailor you letter to the company concerned for example how badly you want to work for a blind fitting company or whatever  Focus on the positive. Don't say what you can't do, don't want or don't like. Good Luck
