I trust CoverGirl for alot of products, but I'm REALLY picky about foundation.

What do you think of CoverGirl foundation?

Natural looking?

Clogs pores?

Thanks.

  1. i don't like anything covergirl except for their eyeliner, and i would give their mascara a try. But for foundation/coverup i dont trust their product. Rite now i'm using Neutrogena health enhancers. It's a sheer foundation, with spf 30/40. I really like it and my face feels better because it doesn't have makeup clogging my pores.

  2. if your really picky about foundation use marry kay foundation it works good and it don't give you that cakey look like those other foundations if you want a website on ware to buy it go to

    atenney1@marykay.com

  3. Cover girl  is  just like all  of the other expensive make ups. It's new and improved  and even afforded. I think it's all in how you would apply it. Lightly and not to heavy, it will look natural.

  4. I love love covergirl it's cheap and they have great stuff i love there eye shadows i really cant do there foundation ca t find my shade for one and if i do it's either not what my skin need ya know/

  5. i use cover girl foundation but i use only a little bit of it just to cover up my flaws and to reduse oily skin! and no it does not clog your pores!!!!

  6. I happen to have CoverGirl Concealer, Foundation, and Tinted Moisturizer.

I guess you just have to find the right shade! I love it! The color is natural looking (get Tru-Blend or tinted moisturizer). The only thing is that if it's not blended it looks really cheap... but it's easy to blend, so it's all good!

I don't think it clogs pores.... but just to be safe, I'd always put any type of moisturizer on before applying foundation. Especially a medicated kind, if you have acne problems.

    :D

    Hope I helped!

  7. Their concealer is a little lighter than I'd like. Sometimes I'll use it when I just need a touch up, or if I'm having a really rough day, I sometimes use it in combination with other foundation products. It goes on smooth, but personally, I feel it dries out my skin a little.

  8. That was the first foundation I ever bought...and I never bought it again. First of all, it has a very strange smell, but secondly the consistency of it is not ideal for blending well. Also, I was unable to find a good match for my skin.

I would recommend MAC Select Foundation if you want to pay a little more, but get far better results. It blends really well after moisturizing, evens out your entire face, and also has an SPF of 15 (I'm not completely sure if Covergirl has that).
