Covergirl liquid eyeliner strange colour? is it normal?

I just bought a tube of covergirl LineExact liquin eyeliner in the colour brown-black and when i opened it there was a big of orange liquin on the brush. I think it might just be some of the colour that didnt mix in with the rest but im not sure. the rest is brown. It was sealed properly when i bought it so i know that it probably wasnt tampered with at the store. should i still use it?

Try stirring it up, and with the brush. Brown does have orange in it.

NO - this is not normal and NO you should not use it.  

I would suggest that you contact Cover Girl directly, using the link below.  You could also mail the eyeliner into the nearest office of Proctor and Gamble or call the 1-800 number on the packaging and let them know what you have there.  They will advise you.
