Covergirl liquid makeup cover for upper lip?

Question

i have discolouration on my upper lip because i have lots of peach fuzz.

i cant bleach (itd show ),cant get laser,and dont want to deal with going back to waxing every couple of weeks, waiting for the hair to grow.

i also dont want to pluck.

does threading work even on really small hairs?

anyyways my main question: would covergirl liquid makeup cover work well for the upper lip? i dont know much about makeup at all.

your help would be really appreciated, thanks!

you cant use makeup on hair.

use at home facial hair remover. my mom uses one by nair. it smells but you dont have to use that frequently.

Yes but makeup on the upper lip when there's hair makes it even more discolored.
